The “eyebrows” above the front headlamps are just one of many of the lovingly created new details. They give the headlamps a new U-shaped look. The transparent red sun visor above the windscreen takes up this idea and lends the coupé an even more squat road stance. The tail lights can even be opened. The charging socket for the high-voltage battery is found inside the right-hand tail light, whilst the left-hand one has space for a beverage can.

DMC LP900 Aventador upgrade

DMC designed a completely new body kit, made of 100% Carbon Fiber, that enhances road stability.

A unique expressive front fascia features a redesigned spoiler sword and a stunning front-splitter lip, all made of pure carbon fiber. They fit onto the stock-bumper, installation is very swift. The new side skirt diffusers aim to improve the overall aerodynamics as well by bringing road stability. A new rear fascia consists of a lightened carbon fiber diffusor and an added tunnel system: Both items improve down force on the rear axle. It is completed by a rear wing spoiler that supports aerodynamics on the rear axle. Largest Parade of Ferrari Cars: 964 Ferraris set world record

Ferrari donated £5 for every car in the parade to BEN, a British charity that supports employees from the motor industry and their families (a total of $7832). Not so much as we were expected from a name like Ferrari.

964 Ferrari cars (worth over $162million) attended the Ferrari Driving Days event at Silverstone and paraded round the Silverstone circuit and set the world record. The previous record was 490 Ferrari cars and was achieved by Cornes & Company Limited at the Fuji Speedway Circuit, Shizuoka, Japan.

Aston Martin DBR 1/2 estimated to sell for $31.76 Million

Aston Martin DBR 1/2, the most successful racing car ever built by Aston Martin, has been offered on sale by Talacrest, for a price of $31.76 million.

Aston Martin DBR 1/2

To see why this car is so expensive let’s take a look to its history: after its victorious debut at the 1957 Spa 1000 km race, it scored five more victories including the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1959 in the hands of Roy Salvadori and Carroll Shelby and was campaigned well into the 1962 season by privateers. Beautifully preserved and maintained by a serious collector, despite the car’s incredible value, it has been regularly raced in a variety of historic race events with great success.

The DBR1/2 is the only car from the iconic manufacturer to have ever won the prestigious Le Mans 24 Hour race. Additionally, the vehicle was also the one and same in which Sir Stirling Moss won the RAC Tourist Trophies at Goodwood in 1958 and 59 to help Aston Martin take home the 1959 World Sports Car Championship.

Rolls-Royce covered with 1 million Swarovski crystals

There is an old recipe to make an extraordinary product from a banal product: take the product and cover it with Swarovski crystals. Many are better. I can understand this strategy but why someone would think to put Swarovski crystals on a luxury car like the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud?

This Rolls-Royce covered with 1 million Swarovski crystals is display at the Four Seasons Hotel in Munich, southern Germany, and it is set to be auctioned in the coming months for the Help in Motion charity.
