How to transform an old boat in a luxury penthouse

The 130ft Dutch barge, built in 1959 is transformed in a luxury floating penthouse. It is moored at Oyster Pier, a new development in Battersea, South London and it is the first boat to have been refitted so far, and there is space at the harbor for nine more floating penthouse. Prices for barge (and mooring) with basic fit-out will start at $2,29million and already some people made enquiries.
The penthouse has three double bedrooms and 2,300sq ft of internal space, its own outdoor terrace and residents of Oyster Pier will benefit from an extensive menu of 5* Hotel Rafayel concierge services.

Maybe is not the most expensive house in UK but probably it is one of the most interesting homes to live!
