Mira Moon, Hong Kong, is Open Now For Stays

Mira Moon, the latest boutique design hotel within the Mira brand portfolio located in the heart of metropolitan Wan Chai, is open now for stays arriving October 15 2013.

A unique 91-room hotel, Mira Moon presents a playful reinterpretation of Chinese tradition in contemporary Hong Kong.

The interior design takes as its starting point the Moon Festival fairy-tale, a legend in Chinese mythology about the Moon Goddess of Immortality.

Wanders & yoo is a global creative partnership between Marcel Wanders and yoo. The innovative Dutch designer, Marcel Wanders, is a leading light of the contemporary design scene based in Amsterdam, whilst yoo is a cutting-edge design and marketing agency founded by property entrepreneur John Hitchcox and the eponymous designer, Philippe Starck.

Mira Moon is located in the heart of Wan Chai, a 40-minute drive from Hong Kong International Airport, only 5 minutes by car from Central and walking distance to Causeway Bay. Wan Chai is a metropolitan area situated on the northern shore of Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. Conveniently situated for both business and leisure travellers, Mira Moon is just a short walk from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and Hong Kong Arts Centre.
