Onno Kokmeijer devises KLM’s European Business Class menus

In October, KLM announced it would be working with the Michelin three-star chef, Jacob Jan Boerma, to develop new World Business Class meals. Now, KLM is working with chef Onno Kokmeijer, Executive Chef & Manager at the two-star restaurant Ciel Bleu at Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
