Location: Boscolo Budapest – Autograph Collection is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Budapest. The Budapest’s attractions are pretty close but the actually neighborhood is not so interesting.

Service: Staff was arrogant and unfriendly. In the evening I was shocked to see two from hotel’s staff take a ride with a luggage cart on the hotel corridor, one push the luggage cart and one inside the luggage cart! Not professional staff for such a five star hotel!

Rooms: Maybe there are beautiful rooms available in this hotel (156 rooms, 29 suites) but unfortunately for me I got a small dirty room. The carpet was dirty, the curtains was dirty, the ceiling was wet, dirty walls, furniture was damaged…
Moreover I saw ants on the floor and it was a very bad smell in the room…
It was like a bad dream…
