Less than a year after the “Lucky House”, a luxury oceanfront property, first went on the market for US$10.75 million, Christie Brinkley (American model and actress) cut the price of her vacation home in the Turks and Caicos Islands to US$9 million. In recent years has reportedly been renting it out at prices ranging from US$4,000 to US$8,000 per night, depending on the season.
“Lucky House”, two-bedroom Caribbean home for sale are relaxed, luxury beach house, with a large deck and expansive pool with direct access to the white-sand beach. The neutral tones of sun-bleached oak help define the home’s casual Caribbean spirit, with relaxed, contemporary interior spaces including an open living and dining area plus two master bedroom suites, each with their own outdoor showers. “Lucky House” is situated on 1.6 acres with about 200 feet of beach front. Its spacious veranda features a 45-foot-long infinity pool.
